Linda F. Gorham, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Linda F. Gorham is the owner at Revelation Consulting, LLC. She received her Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is also a licensed psychologist (State of Maryland). In addition to psychological assessment for children and adolescents, she specializes in psychotherapy for toddlers through college-age students as well as their families.
Dr. Gorham’s work in the fields of psychology, education, and human development spans thirty years and includes work as a teacher, program director, researcher, educational program evaluator, and licensed child psychologist. Much of Dr. Gorham’s research has focused on the development of underserved and ethnic minority children placed at risk for adverse developmental outcomes. In addition, she has taught undergraduate and graduate education and psychology courses in human learning and cognition, human growth and development, research methods, developmental psychology, and psychology of exceptional children. Dr. Gorham is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Maryland Psychological Association.
Dr. Gorham’s leadership as a certified women/minority enterprise business owner, a non-profit executive, and a child and family advocate has made her a sought-after keynote speaker for child development conferences, parenting seminars, teacher education workshops, leadership retreats, and entrepreneurship events.

Nichele Mason, Ph.D.
Executive Function Coach
Dr. Mason has completed extensive studies in the area of executive functioning and its impact on learning, motivation, and behavior. Dr. Mason earned her doctorate degree in Special Education Administration from Gallaudet University, her MEd in Special Education from Coppin University, and her BS in Psychology with a minor in Early Child Education from Towson University. She is also a licensed provider of PTS Coaching's ADHD Professional Training Program which equips teachers and support professionals to make systemic changes in classrooms. Dr. Mason also provides training that supports parents in helping their children with executive function skill development.
Dr. Nichele Mason is an educator and trainer with over 30 years of teaching experience, spanning early childhood through graduate school. Her passions are equitable education, life-long learning, and the importance of partnership with families to have the greatest impact on the success of students. Dr. Nik has presented at local, national, and international venues for academia conferences and workshops/seminars. Topics have included: social emotional development in young children, developmental guidelines, early childhood interventions, educator professionalism, effective classroom leadership, inclusion classroom instruction, diversity, and sign language for young children.
